Sai Traders & Engineering Works is a water and wastewater treatment contractor based at Chithode, Erode. We design, supply, install and commission treatment systems and process equipment for industry — and then we stay with them.
Most of the plants we work on sit inside dyeing and bleaching units around Erode and Tirupur, where water is expensive, the discharge norms are strict, and a plant that stops working is a production problem within hours. That is the standard we build to.
We take a job from the process drawing through fabrication, erection, commissioning and the stabilisation period that follows, and we size each stage against the effluent a unit actually produces rather than a figure on a catalogue page. The same team then supplies the membranes, media, spares and chemicals the plant consumes, so there is one number to call when something needs attention.
It is ordinary work done carefully: equipment specified honestly, delivered when it was promised, and supported for as long as it runs.
