Reverse Osmosis
Membrane separation that returns permeate clean enough to go straight back into the process, and concentrates the salt load into a much smaller reject stream.
Reverse osmosis is where treated effluent turns back into water you can use. Getting good recovery and long membrane life is mostly a question of pretreatment, so we design the multigrade filters, carbon filters, softeners and cartridge stages as carefully as the membrane array itself.
Systems are built for industrial and commercial duty, with automatic or manual operation, clean-in-place provision, and instrumentation that tells the operator what the membranes are doing before a problem becomes a replacement.
