Screw Press
Continuous dewatering that pulls water out of ETP sludge and cuts what you pay to haul away, running automatic or semi-automatic.
Sludge leaving a clarifier is almost entirely water, and disposal is charged by weight. A screw press dewaters it continuously — a slow turning screw inside a wedge wire or ring plate basket squeezes the water out and discharges a firm cake at the end.
It runs quietly, draws very little power, needs no wash water of any consequence, and can be left on automatic with polymer dosing tied to the feed. Filtrate goes back to the head of the plant.
