Effluent Treatment Plant
Screening, equalisation, chemical and biological treatment that brings raw process effluent down to a load the rest of the plant can handle.
An effluent treatment plant is the first and the largest part of the train, and the part that decides how well everything downstream behaves. We size it against your actual effluent — flow through the day, COD and BOD load, colour, total dissolved solids — rather than against a nameplate figure.
We take the plant from the process drawing through fabrication, erection and commissioning, and we stay on site through the stabilisation period until the outlet parameters hold steady against the consent conditions you have to meet.
